We are pleased to officially announce the selection of the city of Mercedes, in Hidalgo County, Texas, as the site of the Magical World project.

After a process of evaluation and analysis of different locations, we have identified Mercedes as a vibrant, welcoming city with a strong sense of community, qualities that make it the ideal place to lay the foundations for an innovative space dedicated to the comprehensive development of the agricultural, livestock, tourism, energy, and other sectors within the development of a new city.

With an approximate investment of $65,700,000,000, Magical World will be a learning center, with new schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, housing, and much more. It will focus on the care and development of services geared toward the well-being and education of children, including childcare programs, bilingual preschool, and artistic, recreational, and socio-emotional development activities. Our goal is to support families in their children's development, creating a safe and stimulating environment.

This initiative also represents an opportunity for social and economic investment for the community, generating more than 15,000 jobs, both direct and indirect, with local collaborations and opportunities for citizen participation being of vital importance.
